Perfectly cooked fresh pasta in a rich and indulgent tomato sauce. The aubergine is slightly salty and cooked perfectly so it’s smooth and creamy. The salted ricotta on top is lovely. Really good selection of drinks as well and I was thrilled that they served pear juice (if you haven’t tried it, you need to). Brilliant food and brilliant friendly service. The atmosphere is wonderfully friendly and the food is fantastic. The English breakfast with Welsh ingredients in Italian style is a firm and consistent favourite , but anything on the menu is a good bet for delicious food. It’s only a desire to try new places and enjoy the excellent variety that Cardiff has to offer that prevents us from eating here more often. 100% recommended.
